Solve My Problem

Yes, I want to solve every problem for anyone who lives in Las Vegas.

But I need to explain how that works.

Because: I recently posted on Nextdoor that I'm going to help anyone in Las Vegas with any problem that they have. I got a lot of feedback.

Now, let me add some explanations to this so that I can actually do that.

Problems must be Real, Right Now

You are welcome to contact me about problems that you are having RIGHT NOW. Not theoretical future problems.

Theoretical problems:

• Too many people
• We are going to run out of water
• We might fall into the ocean someday...etc

These are not affecting YOU, RIGHT NOW.

They are worries, not problems.

In life, it's good to treat worries as worries and problems as problems.

This means that if you are worried about:

• Construction
• Water in the future
• Dust
• Traffic (in general)
• Traffic cones (in general)

These are worries, not problems.

I cannot solve a problem that may happen to you one day ("we will run out of water!") or a general fuzzy problem that you cannot specifically name.

I am happy to work on these things together. And yes, they need attention.

Problems must be Physical in Nature

Here are real problems:

• I don't have (clean drinking) water, RIGHT NOW
• I don't have enough food
• I don't have work to support myself
• The traffic cones on Flamingo and Durango prevent me from getting to work on time
• I am being fined for leaving my grass in

These are actual problems. They have a place. A time. They are current. And, if you can't solve them, life is less wonderful.

What Can You Do?

The first thing I am going to ask you is what you think you could do about it and have you done it?

No one can do your push-ups for you.

• What did you try?
• When? How long? How many times?
• What happened?

After that: I will support you in getting the solution you need.

Is it possible I can't solve every problem for every person, esp on their timescale? Of course! BUT I am happy to support you as I can.

My desire is to make Vegas better for us all. So I will do what I can.
