The company overcharged 80,000+ customers $65.4 million, destroyed the state's rooftop solar industry in 2015, and spent $63 million to defeat energy choice in 2018. Now they're imposing the nation's first residential demand charge, hiking rates for the third consecutive year, and passing the $4.2 billion cost of Greenlink West onto ratepayers — all while data centers threaten to blow past clean energy goals and drive a 53% increase in greenhouse emissions. Profits flow to Omaha. The bills stay in Nevada.
